Tina Humphrey - Bluecroft My Blue Heaven

For all you dog lovers out there – a touching performance. Witness an amazing relationship between an animal and a human being, and hear the hauntingly beautiful piano solo that accompanies them. The song is called “I Giorni” by Ludovico Einaudi, inspired by a West African 12th-century folk song about a hippo who was loved by the people of the surrounding area but shot and killed by a hunter. Einaudi writes, “The song is sung as a lament for the death of a king or a great person or for the loss of a loved one.”
Tina Humphrey and her dogs have become one of the most experienced teams in HTM/Freestyle. She works as a freelance musician and teacher and shares her house with her two dogs in South Shropshire, in the U.K.
